Jangama Meditation Course

Life in the modern age can be demanding and stressful. Mind is our powerhouse through which we achieve and enjoy everything - but its cravings are also the cause of tension, fears and loss of peace. As we take care of our physical well-being, we also need to take care of the health of the mind.

Meditation is the way to achieve this. By clearly understanding the technology behind meditation we can ensure our practice is correct and effective, which in turn would motivate us to continue.

Through regular practice of meditation it is possible to live without stress, anxiety and insecurities. We become able to adjust and manage in relationships and in all life's situations, while gaining the best mental ability to apply in anything we wish to pursue.

In this three-part course you will:

  • learn a simple and powerful meditation technique practised by great meditation masters
  • discover the essential principles that make meditation effective
  • get motivated by seeing how regular meditation leads to a stress-free life


Who is it for?

This course is ideal for anyone with an interest in meditation as a practice to bring the mind fully under your own control. This gives freedom from mental cravings and the resulting negative feelings such as stress and tension. With sincere practice, a permanent peace and happiness becomes possible while living a normal life in this world.

No prior experience with meditation is required. The course starts with basic principles and progresses into higher concepts, building up a solid foundation for you to establish your own practice. Experienced meditators will benefit from advice and motivation to take their practice further.


Course format

Regular course format:
  • A series of three 90-minute sessions, one session per week
  • Sessions are from 7 - 8.30pm
  • Central London location near Charing Cross
  • Courses scheduled for 2014: July, August, September, October, November

It is recommended to attend all three sessions of the course.
The course is designed to build up progressively over the three sessions, starting with basic concepts
and leading towards establishing a fulfilling meditation practice.
